All plans include an annual out-of-pocket maximum to help you budget for your health care costs as well as many preventive services for a $0 copayment. Many plans also include routine hearing and vision exams, hearing aids, and a fitness benefit. Some plans have no additional monthly premium beyond what you already pay for Part B.
