OptumRx makes it easy to move to home delivery. Get started with only a few quick steps. We can even contact your doctor to move your prescription. Begin using home delivery today.

Go online.
Set up your online account at optumrx.com and select which medication you would like to switch to home delivery.

By phone.
Call OptumRx toll-free at 1-888-223-2759 (TTY 711), any day, anytime. OptumRx can get you set up with home delivery right over the phone.

By mail.
Complete an order form and mail it with your written prescription(s) to OptumRx.

Set up an online account at optumrx.com to help you manage your prescriptions. You can:

  • Sign up to get all your medication through home delivery.
  • Check the status of your home delivery order.
  • Find medication and lower cost alternatives covered by your plan.
  • Renew expired prescriptions.
  • Set up text message notifications to remind you to take your medicine.
  • Refill prescriptions when your medications are running low.

If you have not used OptumRx home delivery, you must approve the first prescription order sent directly from your doctor to OptumRx before it can be filled. New prescriptions from OptumRx should arrive within ten business days from the date the completed order is received and refill orders should arrive in about seven business days.
